– 15 Bibigo Mini Wontons
– 2 long cylinder rice cakes chopped
Garlic soy sauce reduction:
– 2 garlic cloves diced
– 1/3 cup soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon mirin
– 2 tablespoons Korean syrup
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon Korean chili pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon Korean chili pepper paste
– ½ jalapeño sliced
Garnish with:
– Sesame seeds
– Chopped scallions
