WORKOUT FOR GOLFERS!! WEIGHT TRAINING + RUNNING 4 MILES !! Season 3 Ep2

In todays video I go through my daily workout routine for becoming more of an athlete and getting fitting and stronger for golf. I’ve started running recently which I’m really enjoying i started mainly to improve my cardio and its 100 percent improving!! I also weight lift 5 out of 7 days to improve my overall strength so i can swing the club faster and therefore hitting it further!! In this video i run 3 miles around the Yorkshire dales and then complete a workout by Shaun Stafford who is a Youtuber/Instagramer/Massive guy!! It involves Bicep curls, bent over rows, skull crushers and close grip bench press!! I love doing this quick little workout and you can really feel it after!! This workout is also doable at home as a home workout during the lockdown!! Just grab a bag with some weight in it and its easily to keep fit during the lockdown as England looks to be going into a second lockdown soon because of bloody Covid19!!!!!
