Hello there Fit Golfers! Earlier this year I partnered with Golf Magazine / Golf.com to create a series of workouts you can do at home with common household items! Today we will be using paper plates for a full body workout that will help you hit longer drives at the golf course.
(All of the exercises in this video can also be performed with sliders)
Exercises and sets (Optional: 30 to 60 second rest in between sets):
Paper Plate Single Arm Plank Circles – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions per side
Paper Plate Reverse Lunges – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions per side
Paper Plate Crossover Planks – 2 or 3 sets of selected distance per side
