Played Woldingham Golf Club’s lovely golf course in Croydon (south London) with two of my mates to show you what winter golf is going to look like in the UK this year as it draws nearer. The greens were good, some fun little holes and some terrible shots.

Hey, I’m Harry. I play all sorts of different courses doing a host of different challenges like the 14 club challenge, 1 club challenge and traditional match play formats with my mates – especially around London.
I’m a 12 handicapper but that doesn’t mean every round is any good. I’m trying to get to the illustrious single-figure handicap.
— Some days the driving is straight and long off the tee; other days I hit a big old slice or hook it into a lake.
— Some days the irons are working in my favour; other days I hit a fat shot taking a huge divot or thin one through the back.
— Some days the putting is perfect and I hole out from 10 foot every time; other days I push every 3 footer right.
I’m hopefully a relatable golfer who sometimes has that WOW moment, but more often than not, I don’t.
