The Canyon Grail:ON is a collaboration of two of the biggest growing markets in the cycling sector, electric and gravel. An evolution from the Grail, Canyon has redesigned its gravel bike for its motorised twin and in doing so, created a bike that has really made us sit up in our chairs.
Canyon has built the Grail:ON to tackle the toughest terrain thanks to 50mm tyres specced as standard, a robust carbon fibre frame and relaxed wheelbase all combined with a Bosch Performance Line CX motor system that is one of the best we have ever tested.
As Cyclist’s digital writer Joe Robinson found out, the Grail:ON is far from faultless but certainly has all the right attributes to make it some of the most fun you can have while riding drop handlebars.
