Markusminde Golf Club is beautifully situated around an older agricultural property just on the edge of the Frisenborg forests between Aarhus and Hammel.
Here, an exciting 18-hole golf course awaits for you, designed with inspiration from some of the best golf courses in the world, and adapted to the terrain around the golf course.
The golf course is constructed using the materials and design of nature, which gives you an incredibly environmentally friendly golf course, as almost no land had to be moved, which, however, has in no way affected the playability of the golf course.
Although the golf course at Markusminde Golf Club is relatively short with its 5123 meters from the longest tee, this is fully compensated for by the severity of the greens. The greens of the golf course have a mischievous but fair slope, so the positioning of the ball is extremely crucial to get home in par.
The training facilities in Markusminde Golf Club are good and include a driving range, entry green with piles, a putting green and a small, 6-hole par 3 course, where you can practice your pitching and putting technique before you start your round of golf.
At the end of your round of golf, we recommend that you visit the clubhouse where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and beer.
