Come and join me for a wet weekend in Norfolk! Last week we were very busy indeed. We started with a fabulous dressage lesson from my trainer Justine Ward, where I wanted to try out counter canter. The first time I tried this movement by myself schooling, she exploded in excitement… so I think there was a huge improvement!
Then I bit the bullet and entered myself into a local Unaffiliated Showjumping competition to do the 90cm and 100cm. Despite my initial stress about it, Laragh was an absolute gem and performed beautifully despite the torrential rain.
I will say that I am VERY thankful for my Toggi Winter Defender from the Toggi Sport AW2020 collection; it kept me warm and dry all weekend. They are due to be released next week so keep an eye on the website!
