Good ground work typically is a part of good swings if you want to hit it far and straight. In this video we show an example of a swing with good ground work that utilizes the 3 forces measured by the force plate well. I love vertical and torque forces in a golf swing and Wendy shows how a golf swing would look like if you use the ground well!!! =)
