My wife and I have been regularly playing golf for only about 5 to 6 years. My wife bought me my first set of clubs(used Mizuno iron set for $100) in 2012. Now I play with Taylormade M6 driver and Taylormade RSI2 which I have costume fitted with ProjectX steel shafts . I initiated first 6weeks golf lesson at Pier 59 Golf Club in summer of 2014.
Since then I’ve been mostly self taught watching YouTube and visiting near by driving ranges to practice swings.
We mostly play NY/NJ public courses weekly from mid March to end of October avoiding blizzard cold weather. During the cold season, we usually travel to warmer weather side of country like California or Nevada to play couple courses.
My current handicap is between 15-18 and wife plays between 18-21 as of April 2020.
Most of my beginning golf contents only contain driver swings shot from my iPhone 8. Rest of the full rounding video contents are shot from GoPro Hero8 with the head gear.
Please enjoy us amateur golfers who plays semi competitive and mostly for leisure.
