The Golf X Factor: Half Kneeling Torso Turns

The X-Factor in distance in your golf game is the ability to separate segments of your body to create a “whip effect”. In this video we demonstrate a basic drill we use to help clients separate their torso from their hip with the half kneeling torso turn. To progress this drill, assume a golf posture position and turn the torso without moving your hips or legs.
