This is my first round back after my life changing on-course lesson and SWING MECHANIC lesson with Eric Chong. This is how to break 80 with swing mechanics in your mind and playing a training round. We did hit some practice balls after the main shots. These types of rounds won’t go toward handicap but you can see how much easier it is for me to reduce my handicap by playing the same more familiar course over and over.
It was hard playa. i have never had swing mechanics in my mind on the course. The first few holes you can see are a disaster.

but we have to put the mechnics aside eventually on the course and just trust the LONG TERM process of it happening over time at the range. You can’t fix a swing or implement mechanics when there is a target.
This is very hard to do and it took me until the 6th hole to just say F** it and start playing golf.
I also focused on hitting the sweet spot with my putter.
