132: Scott Stevenson – Post-Contest Recovery Strategies

This is part 2 with Dr Scott Stevenson; bodybuilder, coach & writer.

Scott has a PhD in Applied Exercise Physiology and has published peer-reviewed scientific literature. He is also a competitive bodybuilder with plenty of success, with four overall titles, including the 2009 NPC Mr. Arizona, and four top 5 national level showings.

With over 30 years lifting experience and more than 2 decades of coaching Scott blends the science with anecdote to get results. His philosophy is to keep an open “beginner’s minded” approach to finding what works.
