Pulling Back vs Falling Back on The One-Handed Backhand | Tennis Lesson with 4.5 NTRP Player

High level tennis players can produce powerful one-handed backhands from defensive positions and especially when backing up. Recreational players on the other hand find it difficult to produce powerful one-handed backhands from defensive situations. In this tennis lesson, I teach my student Shamir (4.5 NTRP Player) how hit aggressively when backing up and explain the difference between falling back vs pulling back on the one-handed backhand.
