Big thanks to my golf spy for starting this conversation of the golf balls defects. We started the finditcutit testing at Titan Golf at Surrey BC Canada. Brands that we tested are from the cheap budget golf ball to the premium models. The models included Srixon XV, Srixon Z star, Titleist Pro V1x, Callaway Chrome soft, Mizuno RB tour x, Taylormade TP5 x, and vice golf balls, etc…

Very disappointed to see the major defects on the Titleist Pro V1x and Callaway Chrome soft. Especially with the Callaway Chrome soft, we discover over 50% of our samples are off-center core.
There are also some inconsistent with the outer cover with many other brands. THE lack of quality control must be addressed since we spend so much on a premium golf ball.
Our goal is so that you can find the best golf ball. Our recommendation is Srixon, Bridgestone, and Mizuno balls since we did not see any problem/defects with them
