Band Pull Aparts – Strengthen Your Shoulder Blades!

This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder blade as well as improve the shoulder blade motion. Perform by grabbing a band and starting with the band about chest or chin level. Start with your hands facing the ground. As you pull downward, rotate your hands so that your thumbs point to the outside. You should feel your midback doing that work here. You should NOT feel the upper traps do the work.
