Red Cone is just about the toughest road I would ever want to ride on my 690. It really tests you and the test starts right away. No warm up! It took me about 45 minutes of riding to make it to the top, but the views from 12,801 feet make it all worth it.
A few things not to miss…
Some cool off the bike riding shots throughout the video, the huuuge Beaver Creek water crossing at the end – so big I brought a change of clothes just for this crossing (at 9:00), and some other fun stuff after the closing GoPro screen. Your kit is cool as shit!
