DROPPING POUNDS TO SHOOT LOWER ROUNDS! – Our Journey to 300+ Yard Drives

We have heard some of your feedback and realized that we need to lose some weight! Though we should be losing weight to improve our overall health, what we REALLY care about is our golf game!

In today’s video we set a baseline swing speed with our 7 irons and Drivers to compare as we commence our weight loss journey as a couple of dudes that want to hit the ball further and score lower. Our goal is that by the end of the year we are down 20 pounds each! This experiment will be an opportunity to find out what better flexibility and mobility translates to on the golf course!
