Generally, when you can’t separate the top half of the body from the bottom half we can get an early rotation of the lower body.

Hips go quickly and then the club is inside which then throw outs your timing and sequence

So if it’s quite difficult to stabilise the lower body so I have 3 drills to get the feeling on how to achieve this.
