In summary,
Summer: T-shirt and shorts
Spring and Fall: Overshirt, pants, ear covers, windblock underwear, full finger gloves.
Winter: Jacket, pants, helmet with no vents, ear covers, neck gaiter, windblock underwear, thick gloves and socks.
Tip: In the heat, dew point above 60F is muggy sticky feeling. Dew point above 70F is very humid.
Pro Tip: In the cold, cover as much skin as possible.
