Materials needed:
Two 3″ golf tees
Heads: cotton wool
Dress: One 4″ circle flowered fabric
Hat: 1″ circle and 3/4 x 3″ strip black felt
Bow tie: 1/2″ square black felt
Veil: 4″ square netting fabric
Satin flower
20 gage wire
Hot glue
