PM (40s x 3 Sets):
MB/DB/KB/Heavy Object Forward Lunge (Alt. Sides)
Push-Ups w. High Five
MB/DB/KB/Heavy Object High To Low Diagonal Wood Chops with Pivot
Squats w. MB/SB/Heavy Object Rotations
Band Rows with Squat
ARM (40s x 3 Sets):
Short Lateral Shuffle w. Down~Up
Wide Mt. Climbers
Soccer Taps
Wide Mt. Climbers

Finisher: 60s Forward- Back Run

All workouts can be done with minimal equipment but good to have a range of weights. Even water jogs of various sizes would be great.

KB Goblet Squats
Dips w. Box/Mat/Chair/Equalizers
DB/MB/KB/Weighted Object Single Leg Straight Leg Deadlift w. Lateral Glide (15s Each Side)
TRX/DB Rows w. Pronation/Supination
Bulgarian (Elevated) Prisoner Split Squats (15s Each Side)
