DF Golf – Day 15 of the 30 Day PYGO Challenge

This is Day 15 of the 30 Day PYGO Challenge. Back to Core, Balance and Stability drills to get your body ready for the power swing. The TORSO TWIST will focus on the posture in the hitting zone as well as correct foot work.

Performing the PYGO drills are a great way to build consistency in your golf swing and increase distance of your ball flight.
