Mr. Short game is back with a new approach to get your bunker game back in shape.
Conventional bunker instruction has you take an open stance with an open club face and swing along the target line. This generally produces a steep attack angle, which doesn’t always work well, especially in soft sand.
Instead of a steep attack angle why not try a shallow attack angle and shallow divot. To ingrain this new feeling, we’ll first practice the wrong technique to get to the right result.
