Side Plank w. Hip Drop (20s Each Side)
MB/DB/Weighted Object Figure 8’s with Split Squats (20s Each Side)
Supine Lower Ab Curl Lying Longitudinally on Foam Roll
Glider Leg Curls & Glider Straight Leg Bridges w. Hip AB/AD (20s Each)
Push-Up Hold w. Opp. Arm & Leg (Hold 2s)
CARDIO (40s x 3 Sets):
Jump Squats
Airborne Heisman’s
Twist Combo
Double Airborne Heisman’s
Hop Scotch w. 1 Foot
All workouts can be done with minimal equipment but good to have a range of weights. Even water jogs of various sizes would be great.
