Players 17 and under (softball or baseball) with parent approval can visit and upload a video of your swing – I will do the best I can to review as many swings I can – I am going to share with you what has helped me improve my swing as a major league baseball player. Your swing must be submitted by your parent and with their approval.

How it Works
Get an MLB Swing Mechanics Breakdown of your Swing from Silver Slugger Alex Bregman.
▶Read & follow the instructions at
▶Players must be 17 yrs old or younger and must have parent approval – only parents/guardians can upload a swing for review.
▶Alex Bregman will randomly select several swings to review each week – teaching players proper swing mechanics and explain the breakdown of a
proper swing.
