How to get good knee drive is a key factor in running both fast and efficiently. When sprinting high knees are important (as every basic coach will tell you – even if they don’t understand why!)

Knee lift is integral to proper running form. From the recovery phase to overstriding, we cover all the basics of knee drive and help you to understand how to improve your running technique.
