Improve your balance using this 30 minute Standing Pilates workout with Megan. Balance is one of the Pilates Principle that ties many of the other principles together, including stability, core strength, and flexibility. Focus on your breath and alignment for a very effective daily practice to improve your balance. Take some or all of these exercises and work on them daily.

Pair this workout with a 20 minute Barre and Cardio workout for a fun and well rounded practice:

This type of practice supports healthy posture and can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care. About Megan: She began integrating Pilates into her fitness routine during her third pregnancy. The physical and emotional benefits of her practice were transformative and she has been a believer in the power of Pilates ever since. Megan is Comprehensively Certified by Balanced Body and teaches Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair. Megan teaches at several studios and has piloted an Introduction to Pilates program as part of an employee Wellness Program at a local private school. Megan is also a mother of three, runner, photographer and active community volunteer. She credits Pilates for keeping her physical and mental well-being in balance and strives to share the benefits of Pilates with as many people as possible.
