Improve Golf Posture: How To Release Your Hip Flexors

With the 2018 Vegas PGA Show coming up, I’ve been spending a lot of time at my desk getting my presentation ready and as a result, my hip flexors have become very tight and my posture has started to compromise. In this video I share with you one of my favorite ways to release my hip flexors, reset my pelvis, and regain better posture.

This video will help you create a neutral pelvis which has so many benefits in the golf swing including improving backswing loading, downswing unloading, dissociation or “X Factor”, minimize the chances of coming over the top, casting, scooping, chicken winging, and more.
