This is another wee DIY project showing you how to make a simple but effective wire hanger that will help you balance a plastic decoy from a tree branch, gate, wire fence or anything else you can set it over. With the counter wait the decoy will gently rock in a slight breeze adding some movement to the decoy to help it look more realistic.
