The Rocket Mortgage classic is a relatively new tournament that began last year in place of the Quicken Loans National. The Detroit Golf Club is a private course that was established in 1899. It began seeking out a PGA Tour event 10 years ago before landing the Rocket Mortgage Classic last year. FedEx Cup standings leader Webb Simpson headlines this event.
