In the year 2000, Tiger Woods averaged the year with a handicap that would have been +10. With a current handicap on +8.1, I wanted to put my handicap to the test on one of the toughest courses in the game (Magnolia National) to see if I could shoot an under par round with my handicap in effect. Hole number 16 is something special!
