Golf Pride Grip Families | Golf Pride Grips

With over 70 products in the aftermarket catalog, Golf Pride has a product to meet any consumer need. All products are classified into 3 distinct categories: Cord, Rubber and Hybrid.

Cord products are manufactured with a cotton fiber within the rubber compound. The rubber material is then buffed after molding to expose the cotton, or cord. Cord serves several purposes; the primary function is to absorb moisture.

The cotton fiber wicks moisture away from the surface of the grip and the player’s hands. If a golfer ‘s hands perspire often or they play in wet conditions, cord grips will be the top choice.

Secondly, cord provides an added level of firmness to the material. This firmness delivers added feedback to the golfer. After a shot is hit, the firm cord material will allow the golfer to better understand how solid the ball was struck.

Rubber material makes up the largest collection of Golf Pride product. From the popular Tour Velvet to the new Niion, all-rubber material grips allow a wide range of formula changes to achieve various performance attributes.

Rubber material can be dialed in for firmness or softness, color, weight, and textural variations. These combine to create different feels for different players, with all, possessing a high level of durability and comfort.

Hybrid grips are a combination of different materials to achieve various performance attributes in different parts of the grip. For example, the New Decade MultiCompound, fuses positive performance of cord with the feel and responsiveness of high-performance rubber. These grips allow a golfer to perform in any playing conditions. The fastest growing grip on the PGA tour, the MultiCompound delivers at every level.
