Happy Hips 7 Twisting and extending the spine

This lesson pursues a similar theme to my video Happy Hips 6 but involves some gorgeous new variations that explore the possibility of greater movement in the ribs as you twist and extend the spine.
Its another great lesson for athletes such as golfers, swimmers, cyclists and runner and also for anyone who wants to improve the mobility of their spine and better balance while working on the hips.
