The PGA TOUR heads to the Dominican Republic for the Corales Puntacana Championship in a dual-event week for the TOUR. Nicolai Højgaard will be in the field after his T16 finish in his Masters debut. He’s claimed three top-20s and a runner-up finish so far this season. The Dane will look to go one better than the second place finish he claimed last year, ending up one shot behind winner Matt Wallace. Joel Dahmen will also be at the Corales Golf Club this week. He’s struggled to find form this season, having been cut from half the tournaments he’s competed in. However, T11 at THE PLAYERS Championship and a victory here in 2021 will give him the confidence he needs heading into this week. K.H Lee will also be teeing it up in the Dominican Republic. He’s found good form in the last month with a T4 at the Cognizant Classic and a T9 at the Valspar Championship. Others to look out for in Puntacana this week are Billy Horschel, Victor Perez and Carl Yuan.

we saw him take a real aggressive t-
shot and wet shot and it all pays off
for him great birdie there at the 13th
Billy horel beginning his day on the
10th this for birdie yeah this pin only
four off the right so place to the safe
side pin high and what a way to start
the day rolling in perfect speed horel
this is a heat check for birdie right
out of the gates two big ones to start
the day and that makes the hole look
bigger for the remaining 16 holes Nicki
hoard who is a big part of the
conversation at the Masters end of the
weekend similar putt for birdie yeah
it’s nice to see one go down right
before you you know the speed and the
line and you give a professional
golfer third shot for Austin cook up by
the par five
14th yeah and as uh trip was saying this
playing back into the wi today so a
three shot hole for most guys and that’s
a nice lead below the

shot yeah it’s a pretty good spot to be
coming in from short right you have some
slop in behind the pin you you can see
and you can see the he’s been having
trouble hitting his line so far early in
this
round what a read and what a
roll well we fixed that

second and that was 140 playing uphill
into the wind about 150 looks to have
controlled the distance well middle of
the 13th green Charlie Hoffman to get to
within two of the leader Callum terum
this is where most guys are going to be
putting from here at the 13th pen High
left probably exactly where he was
aiming his second shot and that’s a
bonus there the Hof Bird’s on 12 and 13
par five 14th wedge in for small as
third yeah there’s that back left pin
that you can be very aggressive with
he does just that that’s a beautiful
distance control and from off the 16th
green Jim Herman boy the 11th all
pars this for birdie there we
go Alexander back towards the
water yeah 185 into the wind out of the
left well he’s flighted this down the
wind’s just not h is
it yeah good t-shot there from Adam it’s
an interesting t- shot you can kind of
try to bite off as much as you want and
then coming into the second in off the
left to this front left hole location to
the leader we go Callum Taran this pin
tucked four from the
right Ling down wind oh he continues to
play well
here’s the Southpaw Cody Gribble front
of the green way downtown for
birdie oh Harry Higgs who is one under
through eight yeah similar to what Tyson
Alexander faced anything left will kind
of fall off and anything past this hole
there’s a collection that can kind of
trickle away as well but that’s nice
right below the hole perfect golf shot
right outside the shadow of the flag
stick this kind of all you’re really
looking for maybe just on just past that
front
number or pin High two feet right of the
hole in there tight for you
on second shot for David lipsky par 418
this is ninth hole couple over and we’ve
seen this it’s like you can’t miss left
where we saw Billy horel down there
especially coming with a little bit
longer iron and that’s well played right
below the whole aggressive play first

the RBC Heritage this week yeah third at
the Par Four playing back in the wind

everyone that’s nicely done aggressive
