  1. Henry in this drill should we do the first turn and then fall back to center and then do the last turn? The turn and turn gets me away from the re-centering piece I have now incorporated into my swing, something I just starting doing. I was originally a turn and turn type of swing with very restrictive movements that caused me to miss out on all this new distance I am seeing with a turn, re-center, and turn.

  2. Great. Thats what i feel. The right hip moves back and around only when the left shoulder moves down and under my chin…. the right shoulder moves up and behind my neck. My downswing starts with the upper body dropping down, so my hips move further away from the ball…the dropping stops me to come over the top and turn the shoulders wrong. Its like chop wood sideways….sounds stupid. 🙂

  3. Hi there! It looks at though Henry is turning all in one, ie, his hips, stomach, shoulders and hands/club are moving together. In the most effective drill at the Be Better Golf school there is a clear sequence. I think I am getting there and I do the drill to get the feel, and I am starting to use it on the golf course. When I want a feeling or a thought then I think of a sequence of moving parts and Henry looks as though he is doing them all at once. All the best – cheers!
